It’s the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed in! The staff is next level - all of them, from the reception, housekeeping, restaurant to kids area, spa and everyone else. The “chocolate hour” and complimentary bowl of fruit are really nice touches to the overall experience. The food is superb, huge selection at breakfast and more than decent and tasty alla carte menu. The spa massage and facial were so good and relaxing, miss Vi did a great job! Kids and pool are were very fun! Can’t recommend this resort enough, they really raised the bar sky high! It was my mother’s 50th birthday and Joyce from reception noticed this after seeing her passport, and offered to organise a birthday cake. A lovely gesture! The buffet breakfast is incredible with a wide variety of foods, and attentive staff who are very polite. Martin served our table at breakfast both mornings and he was great! I had a motorbike accident during one of the days which left my leg with a big graze. The resort staff were swift to get me to the resort nurse, who cleaned and re-dressed my wound for me each day. I cannot remember the nurse’s name, but he was extremely careful and gentle and made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend this resort enough!
